Chef Casiano
Originally from Oaxaca, Chef Casiano discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 14. His philosophy is rooted in spontaneous cuisine, no fixed menus, just fresh ingredients selected each day to create one of a kind dishes.
Today, he leads culinary experiences that bring together creativity, authenticity, and exceptional hospitality.
